What is Eckankar?
Each of us is connected to God through Divine Spirit (the ECK), which can be heard as Sound and seen as Light. Eckankar offers a spiritual toolkit to help you experience the Light and Sound of God.
Eckankar means "Co-worker with God." It offers ways to explore your own unique and natural relationship with the Divine. The full experience of God is possible in this lifetime!

Meet Sri Doug Kunin,
Spiritual Teacher and Guide
Sri Doug Kunin is the 974th MAHANTA, the Living ECK Master and worldwide spiritual leader of ECKANKAR. Kunin was named successor to ECK Master Harold Klemp on October 25, 2025. ECK Masters are spiritual teachers and guides of the highest order. The title MAHANTA conveys the inner presence of a spiritual Wayshower and Light Giver.
Kunin serves both as ECKANKAR’s outer spiritual leader and as an inner guide for students in more than 120 countries. He focuses on helping people cultivate a direct, personal relationship with Divine Spirit and realize their highest spiritual potential.
Sri Doug Kunin emphasizes that the highest truth is written in every person’s heart, and that the purpose of the ECK teachings is to awaken the God-Knowledge already within each Soul. More can be found about his role at www.Eckankar.org.
